Here's The New Winner of the Nobel Peace Prize! Biggest Hero in Barnstable!

Consider the correspondence and photographs posted below. The homeless of Hyannis and leadership of the Town of Barnstable are running reconnaissance on their own holy war. President Fred Chirigotis, Councilors Janet Joakim and Janice Barton are well aware of the negligent standard for services that compromised the health, welfare and safety of all residents of Barnstable. Town Manager John Klimm and Assistant Town Manager Tom Lynch are implicted in a cover up that involves a number of public officials including the Barnstable Housing Authority. After all, Tom Lynch is the former Director of the Barnstable Housing Authority and signed the charter commission papers of a controversial local blogger. Unfortunately, they used the likes of Taryn Thoman to accomplish their goals!

Here's where your hard earned tax dollar is going!

Dear Ms. Ramos,

Thank you for your letter of December 19, 2008. There have been substantial problems with my tenancy at this address and I was hoping to move out of this apartment before the problems became worse. The apartment leaks from the roof in the bedroom and the electrical outlet has shot out fire shorting out a number of electrical appliances. The designated handyman was a client of Baybridge Clubhouse for the mentally ill and The Duffy Clinic. He has a criminal complaint filed against him for a weapons violation in the Chatham Housing Authority. I have photographs of the roof leaking, general disrepair and public drinking occurring on the premises with clients invited to the building by David Gorman.

David Gorman was receiving a break on his portion of the rent in return for services. The clients of this organization have become a problem and a nuisance for me. There have been many clients with criminal records for narcotics dealing and violence on the premises. The building is next to Cape Cod Child Development. I have forwarded materials including public drinking of these tenants and photographs of the difficulty to federal law enforcement. I will be forwarding the dangerous conditions of this apartment to you along with the criminal records of clients. Mr. Gorman threatened me with a weapon for playing “church music” at 11AM.

I will be forwarding monies owed to the landlord in this case. I am unable to move my belongings from the premises. I will continue with my housing voucher in this municipality despite the compromise to my own safety.

Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.

Sincerely,

Mary Clements

Perry and Marvin say, "Hey, Attorney General Martha Coakley, any particular reason as to why you haven't investigated the actions of Housing Assistance Corporation, the exectives at the Barnstable Housing Authority, the Office of the District Attorney, and a number of public officials including the Barnstable Town Council and Senator Rob O'Leary? We realize your career and political aspirations are important to you, but this is getting a little ridiculous!
