Senator, I don't know if you remember me from Georgetown University, but I'm the Griffin Granddaughter on the Healy Steps that refused to shake your hand when you decided to run for President in 1979. I was disgusted at your behavior. As you know, some of your family members attended Georgetown University. Close friends of mine had family members that benefited from your cover-up at Chappaquidick. I don't know if you remember this, but Mary Jo Kopechne drowned after your boozing party. You may remember a conspiracy that was even worse that was planned in 1990. I don't know if you are aware of this, but my grandfather wasn't to happy about being blackmailed. You may be aware of my cousin, Lauren Griffin, Esq., who attended College of the Holy Cross and University of Maine's School of Law. Larry Griffin, her father, was blackmailing Eddie Griffin. My inheritance was spent deveeloping the weapons of mass destruction. I'm sure it was difficult for Senator George Mitchell of the State of Maine to be forced to step down over this incident. As you are aware, Lauren was the Chief of Staff to George Mitchell. She's his granddaughter.

Dear Senator Kennedy
Homeless people in Hyannis and greater Barnstable County applaud the relief effort and two million dollars in funding negotiated via Phil Mangano and extend their sincerest gratitude. We are particularly thankful considering the current financial and socio-economic instability we all face in uncertain times. Unfortunately, the generosity of the people of Barnstable was exploited by a number of human service agencies operating at a negligent standard. As you are aware, I have forwarded extensive materials to public officials including Senator Robert O’Leary, Representative Demetrius Atsalis, District Attorney Michael O’Keefe and President Janet Swain Joakim in regard to the compromise of safety of children in Hyannis and Greater Barnstable. I have spoken many times before The Barnstable Town Council in regard to improvement of the standard for safety for all, especially children. Please note the compromise to safety of children living in the Marstons Mills Village of Barnstable. I have enclosed the court documentation and correspondence forwarded to the town attorney’s office in regard to the actions of sitting town council President Janet Swain Joakim.
President Joakim provoked and antagonized a tenuous situation involving families and children in a neighborhood of an adjacent precinct. Janet Joakim engaged in malicious and malevolent “blogging wars” by posting libelous materials on her personal website. Much of the postings and comments inflicted substantial emotional distress on many residents of Barnstable. Victims of President Janet Swain Joakim’s reckless behavior remain greatly concerned of the impact of this behavior on children. Not only did President Joakim endanger the health, welfare, and safety of innocent children by maligning adversaries via the Internet, President Joakim advertises her website from the town council bench. Joakim directed me to be forcibly removed from the town council podium for ardent criticism of outrageous behavior and impropriety. Please consider the enclosed computer disc with vitriolic and malicious notation posted and a video produced from town meetings.
Demetrius Atsalis and Janet Joakim leaned on local law enforcement to charge the individuals that she intentionally provoked. The charge was deliberately timed to coincide with a special recall election as provided by the town charter to remove Janet Joakim from office. Please note the photographs provided of Chief Paul MacDonald assisting Janet Joakim as she campaigned to keep her council seat.
Lastly, I have included a number of photographs of conditions in downtown Hyannis in campsites. Some of these photographs have been taken in front of the Kennedy Museum and behind the National Armory where your brother John first announced his intent to run for President. President Janet Swain Joakim is not only a municipal leader; she is also your sitting town council president. President Joakim ignored the conditions of this substandard and negligent agency. Complaints regarding the compromise in safety to all members of the community were brought before the town council on a number of occasions. The policies of President Joakim continue to jeopardize the health, welfare and safety of children in the Town of Barnstable. I am asking for your assistance to insure the immediate removal and dismissal of President Janet Swain Joakim from elected office. Her actions are not consistent with the spirit of the Democratic Party and the principles that you have fought for and in which we all believe.

I have been following a number of items that establish both municipal, county wide couurption and beyond. Please take an opportunity to review some of the websites posted on the Internet including www.barnstable411.com , www.welcometobarnstable.com www.capecodliving.blogspot.com, and www.capecog.com. I am also a reader of www.capecodtoday.com and follow a number of blogrolls and websites that disperse information.
At this point, I am really unsure as to why members of this "All-America" Community actually really seem to believe that I have no rights whatsoever. As you know, I have forwarded materials in the past that indicate that the recollections of memories and version of events occurred much more closely to what I remember, than what any psychiatrist, social worker, mental health clinician, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, or law enforcement officer cares to admit. The psychiatric records in my possession indicate that I witnessed a number of damaging and harmful actions on the part of human services and other professionals. I appreciate your apology for the actions of the Barnstable Police Department, but things do not appear to be improving for residents of Hyannis and greater Barnstable County.
I am also aware of a number of psychiatric records that indicate that I was describing events that came to fruition. This includes concerns about airplanes being flown into buildings, terrorist attacks, and the development of weapons of bioterror. You may still have in your possession a record of me indicating that I had been a patient at New England Medical Center. I sought refuge there when there was a narcotics shipment headed for the Boston area at Christmas 2002. I did have some conversation subsequently with agents from the DEA in regard to this event.
I am unsure as to how some of the events were described to health care professionals and recorded in documentation unless I actually witnessed these events planned in 1990. There were a number of political figures that were aware of these events, and they are spoken of often in the documentation. In addition, there is reference in the notation to the abduction of President George Herbert Walker Bush's granddaughters. These items include a blackmail scheme to develop these weapons of mass destruction. Friends of mine suggested that Larry Hardoon of 39 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston was selling weapons to terrorists in Iraq. They also suggested that he was building a bomb shelter beneath his home. If I described these events over the course of twenty years, isn't it possible that these actions were carried out according to plan?
Some of the materials were forwarded to David Daly, Esq., an family attorney who spent 17 years in Saudi Arabia. He was of counsel to the Bin Laden family. David Daly reviewed a lot of the materials that established that Housing Assistance Corporation was operating at a negligent standard. You offered at one time to help me with anything I needed to go on and have happy a life. By any chance, can you figure out what happened to me?
No one ever listened and heard my concerns. The events of September 11, 2001 came to fruition. Are you listening now?
John Griffin at the Barnstable Airport Commission suggested asked if I "masterbated with a crucifix" in a fit of rage over dissent regarding the Mildred's Chowder House. As you know, I was asked to assist with the recovery of George Bush's daughters from terrorists holding them in captivity. I apologize if an act of God and miraculous works offended the rest of you. Ted Kennedy and John Kerry may have known about the plot, but did nothing about it. God stepped in an intervened. Sorry if his efforts weren't good enough for you. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you! This is a children's crucifix I was saving to give to my husband's daughter. I thought maybe it could go in her "hope chest". Mary is a phony. Her purpose is to ruin lives, not to enhance them. She has no interest in bettering Barnstable, only hacking away at people trying to make a difference.
Look at her attacks on Ted Kennedy, who is a DYING MAN. Nuff said.

How are things going for you? I understand your grandfather left the Senate after a long tenure as Senate Majority Leader. I remember when he wrote your recommendation for law school at University of Maine at Orono. You had just graduated from Holy Cross and what a great connection it must have been to have been related to such an influential figure. You must have had an incredible time working in D.C. for him. I understand he is now the CEO of Disney.
Things have not been going particularly well for me since your family sued my mother for the estate in Berkeley, Massachusetts. My psychiatrist refuses to believe that a lawyer of your stature exhumed my Uncle James relocated him to your gravesite. My poor mom, she had to wait until everyone from that bloodline died to move him back. I felt pretty bad, especially when my mother was being sued by her own mother. Then again, money is money and you have to do what you have to do. I understand that you are the executrix on my grandmother’s will and that she left everything to you and your family.
Some people find it hard to believe that my own grandmother deserted my mother in her infancy and returned to the family only to sue her for the estate of her only brother. I had to retrieve the civil suit you brought, the death certificates and exhumation records to show my psychiatrist. I lived in a crack house here in Hyannis and most of the trauma I went through was also not believed by clinicians and physicians treating me. I guess most psychiatrists are not used to the dirty bullshit associated with lawyers and politicians. My attending psychiatrist forced injected me with sedative medication when I explained to him what had happened in our family. He absolutely thought I was delusional when I explained that your side of the family was conceived years ago in the town brothel. As far as I’m concerned, I have no trouble believing it!
I am researching records on our interesting family tree. Because I documented some unbelievable stuff here in Hyannis in regard to rapists and murderers of which I made acquaintance, several journalists are interested in speaking with me. Not only am I excited to tell my story, I am using the fact that I am related to you as a reference. Only a real fiction novelist will believe my accounts of what really happened. I am forwarding you a number of materials that I have collected here in Barnstable. Sorry to hear about your parents divorce!
