You may want to consider reviewing www.barnstable411.com. Your client, Taryn Thoman has begun harassing the victim in the People v. Thoman. Thoman constantly refers to you on her website, listed above. I also mention many of the items I have about Ms. Thoman on my website, www.welcometobarnstable.com. You may wish to speak with Judge William O'Neill about this matter, because I copied Thoman's website and her friend Gary Lopez website, www. capecog.com and forwaded it to him. Both of the website/blogrolls mention your name and items about the case settled on May 14, 2009. As you know, Thoman was found "not guilty".
I am surprised that you decided to view evidence in front of me during a recess. The tape that was in question was forwarded to the Board of Registration in Nursing by me at the direction of Taryn Thoman during the recall effort of President Janet Joakim. Sean Erickson of the Board of Registration in Nursing stated that he would consider the matter political if the items presented did not warrant a censure of Christine Howell's license. Apparently, he considered the matter political, because there was no reprimand of Howell's license.
The documents were passed to the Department of Social Services and a DSS investigator was dispatched to the Howell home for the fifth time. The allegations made by your client, Taryn Thoman were considered, once again, to be unfounded. Thoman also forwarded anonymous correspondence to Ron Howell's employer and forwarded obscene and disturbing graphics of President Joakim to my former website, www.barnstablesafetynetwork.com. I was photographing Councilor Greg Milne at the time Thoman was developing these graphics and have timecards to dem onstrate that I was employed at the Kennedy Gallery at the time she was forwarding these bizarre graphics. The disturbing graphics were forwarded to Trooper Corey Daelstadt of the Attorney General's Office and the Chief of Police in Barnstable, Paul MacDonald. Trooper Daelstadt expressed concern. I gave him the phone number of the Chief of Police and the Barnstable Town Attorney, Ruth Weil, Esq.
I am surprised that Thoman was able to blame me for her disturbing antics, and still be represented by you as counsel. Thoman is considering a campaign for the Town Councilor Seat in Precinct 10. There is support for the victim in this case, Christine Howell to run against Thoman in the event that your client officially files for this campaign and election to be held in November with the Barnstable Town Clerk's Office. At any rate, I am a little surprised that you are allowing your client to harass her neighbor via the Internet. I overheard you suggest to a colleague that the case was clearly about 'harassment". You appeared to be upset on the day of Thoman's trial.
Any particular reason?

She's out of town? Happy for you! I've noticed no movement on her blog, so that makes sense. What a winner! I hear Schwaab is willing to support her financially for a run. I never thought Schwaab had the political savvy that Thoman thought he had, but I honestly didn't realize he could possibly be that stupid.
The egos are the best defense any one has, right now. It's the leave them alone, and they will implode, mentality. I guess I never realized how badly they suffer after shooting themselves in the foot with such finesse.

Someone mentioned surprise witness, and it was law enforcement. Evidently, I was about to be called. He had me thrown out on purpose. Oh, yeah. I have a guy with background in computer science/information technology told me to write to blogger and get my server logs for www.barnstablesafetynet.com and get the Internet connections demonstrating that Thoman logged in to my website and slipped those graphics into my site. He says it's easy to get the records and this will show she is a fruitcake, lunatic and smarmy, political wannabe.
If anything would help assassinate her poor character to postition Howell, it would be that kind of a dent in Thoman. Not only did she develop said obscene and disturbing graphics, she publicly blamed me over the Internet and I saved the notation.
This kind of crapola is the political kiss of death.

She is a complete piece of work. I am following a lot of foreign affairs, right now. There are a lot of things that have transpired at international levels based on some items that I witnessed years ago, and to which I am privy. I haven't mentioned XXXXX, or the Howell's since the trial, and I think this is just a way of getting people antagonized and attracting attention so she can run for something. She really is an idiot! It would be different if I were on the attack, but I think she wants to keep your issues in the forefront because she makes it look like she's some sort of victim. She loves the attention. Even negative attention fuels and feeds her. Don't be surprised if she actually really loved the trial and the attention she got. If she had been convicted, it may have been different. There was enough evidence to convict her.
I think local municipal politics thought there might be a way to reel me in, and get me charged for something she did so they could here some items that may have helped their political careers, in fact, I heard that this was true.
As it turned out, all they did was let her get away with poor behavior. Sometimes I get on an untraceable Internet site and commend her for her character and integrity. Then I mention what a dear and loyal friend she is to law enforcement. If that doesn't bite for the people who let her get away with this, I don't know what will!

Do you think it's important for a candidate to AT LEAST have a high school diploma? Dennis Wilcox does not have one of those. What about the integrity of a man who was a deadbeat dad for years, owing back child support until last year when the state revoked his license for failure to pay child support? Do you think Wilcox will be able to remain sober long enough to attend a town council meeting? He can't even drag his drunk ass to an AA meeting for which he severely needs to go to! The "man" cannot even drag a mower out and mow the postage stamp weed patch infront of his wife's home and he's going to tend to the needs of his constituents? Please! Janice Barton is a well respected and well liked woman who has done plenty for Marstons Mills. She at least has a steady CAREER and works more than 2 weeks of the year. Since when do you need to be employed in the town of Barnstable to hold a political position? She lives in Marstons Mills and has shown a true dedication to her town. Painting a door because your Power Rangers jacket wearing "wife" made you doesn't exactly make you a hero!

Guys, please, I'm very supportive of Dennis Wilcox and looking forward to his wife Taryn, and her dangerously creative mind running a great campaign.
The Thoman Wilcox family is simply Building a Better Barnstable One Village, One Family, One Child at a Time. Nobody cares about the collateral damages in this game, nor do I care about political casualties.
I agree, Dennis Wilcox has a few small skelatons in his closet, but if he and his wife work together, they can overcome small obstacles to forge solid relationships with all departments, especially law enforcement.
I'm just trying to get the dirt out early, so that, together, Taryn and Dennis can run an effective ground strategy with solid air support for this November. I "RECALL" not any glory seeking high maintenance broad is qualified to promote child rights at the level the Thoman's and Wilcoxes can. Good luck them, and I wish them well.
I have every confidence in them. Really, I do. I wouldn't lie with impunity, now!
