WASHINGTON (AP) ― With its white clapboard walls, sloping lawns and broad porches, the famed Kennedy family compound on Cape Cod boasts commanding views of Nantucket Sound's shimmering waters.
The quiet six-acre compound in Hyannis Port, Mass., has for generations been a sanctuary for Sen. Edward Kennedy and his famed political family, a quiet enclave where the Kennedys have gathered for refuge from the rigors of politics and public life.
Now, more than a year into his battle with brain cancer, friends say Kennedy, 77, has retreated to the comfort and privacy of his seaside home and his beloved schooner "Mya," but has remained engaged from there in reforming the nation's health care system.
Ted, if you want your "mercy fuc#" call upon your devoutly Catholic daughter, Kara, and have her offer your grandaughter Gracie, for a quick lay.
"He's driving health care reform," said Rep. William Delahunt, D-Mass., a close Kennedy friend whose district includes Kennedy's Cape Cod home. "He's very engaged and he's on the phone all the time on health care. That's his primary focus now."
Kennedy may appear thinner these days and more easily fatigued, but friends say he's determined to dramatically expand health care coverage, the cause of his life. Kennedy's brain cancer is keeping him away as the Senate tackles health care reform, but he's still pushing for a landmark bill that could be his career capstone.
"He's doing well and he's very engaged on it," said Sen. John Kerry, who visited with Kennedy recently.
As the health care debate intensifies, Kennedy is relying on Connecticut Sen. Christopher Dodd, the second-ranking Democrat on the health panel, as his point man.
Dodd, Kennedy's closest friend in the Senate, sat down for a lengthy dinner recently with Kennedy and his wife Vicki on the porch of Kennedy's home — a home steeped in history.
Considering you were aware of a scheme to sell weapons to terrorists, Ted, no wonder these things happened to you. By the way, "Sins of the Father" turned out to be more poignant than the "Fall and Rise of Ted Kennedy".
Kennedy's slain brother John F. Kennedy made his summer White House there. A decade ago, stricken family members met there to mourn the loss of John F. Kennedy Jr., whose plane plunged into the waters near Martha's Vineyard on his way to Hyannis Port for a cousin's wedding. Kennedys have hosted countless clambakes and political events at the compound over the years.
But during this dinner with Dodd, business dominated the meal: talk about forging a breakthrough on a sweeping health care overhaul in the Senate.
"I had a great dinner with him," Dodd said. "We sat out on the porch there and I filled him in on the health care efforts that are going on."
Kennedy has been balancing the Senate work he does at home with treatment at Boston's Massachusetts General Hospital. Kennedy's office has refused all requests for interviews and has not released details of his condition or treatment.
When the weather cooperates, friends say Kennedy spends as much time as he can sailing on his 50-foot schooner "Mya."

I am surprised that Thoman was able to blame me for her disturbing antics, and still be represented by you as counsel. Thoman is considering a campaign for the Town Councilor Seat in Precinct 10. There is support for the victim in this case, Christine Howell to run against Thoman in the event that your client officially files for this campaign and election to be held in November with the Barnstable Town Clerk's Office. She is a complete piece of work. I am following a lot of foreign affairs, right now. There are a lot of things that have transpired at international levels based on some items that I witnessed years ago, and to which I am privy. I haven't mentioned XXXXX, or the Howell's since the trial, and I think this is just a way of getting people antagonized and attracting attention so she can run for something. She really is an idiot! It would be different if I were on the attack, but I think she wants to keep your issues in the forefront because she makes it look like she's some sort of victim. She loves the attention. Even negative attention fuels and feeds her. Don't be surprised if she actually really loved the trial and the attention she got. If she had been convicted, it may have been different. There was enough evidence to convict her.
I think local municipal politics thought there might be a way to reel me in, and get me charged for something she did so they could here some items that may have helped their political careers, in fact, I heard that this was true.
As it turned out, all they did was let her get away with poor behavior. Sometimes I get on an untraceable Internet site and commend her for her character and integrity. Then I mention what a dear and loyal friend she is to law enforcement. If that doesn't bite for the people who let her get away with this, I don't know what will!

It appears that a substantial amount of money has been removed from the hands of the Barnstable Town Council, and state and federal influx of funds into the area is now at a moratorium. Despite the perpetual control argument over split-tax, education reform, development of the downtown area and resolution on problems plaguing the homeless issue, we were still able to have generous and substantial funds funneled to the area.
Unfortunately, because of some of the decisions that have been rendered by those, not in the know, and the lack of respect for the party whose money was being used to develop the area, the funds have been removed from the jurisdiction. We certainly have had more than our fair share of "weather weeping". It's unusual to have such poor fortune wreaking havoc on this coastal community. The ecomonic infrastructure of Cape Cod has always been dependent on an entity as capricious as the weather. It's enough to make one wonder...?

Dear Detective Delaney,
Thank you for meeting with me briefly on March 5, 2009. As you are aware, I met Ms. Taryn Thoman when she was involved with the recall effort to remove President Janet Swain Joakim from office last November. Ms. Thoman sought my assistance with a number of initiatives including collecting signatures for Open Meeting of the Voters and the Recall Affidavit. I worked with her on these initiatives and efforts over seven months in spring and summer of 2008. I was introduced to Taryn Thoman in late January of 2008 through Lou Gonzaga for the purposes of developing a grassroots organization to improve the quality of municipal politics. Telephone numbers were exchanged and a meeting was arranged to discuss efforts to improve the quality of municipal government in February of 2008.
During the course of my involvement with Taryn Thoman and Citizens for Open Government (COG),
Ms. Thoman described the details of her difficulties with her neighbors, Christine and Ron Howell and their children. Thoman described ongoing difficulty with a delicate neighborhood dispute that evolved over three years. Ms. Thoman claimed that the police were continually involved and that Chief Paul MacDonald made exemplary efforts to resolve the matter peacefully. Ms. Thoman states that there were several months span of improved conditions on Mountain Ash Road. Ms. Thoman complained that when she began to campaign for a seat on the charter commission, the intensity of antagonistic and malevolent behavior escalated. Police Reports and court documents indicate conditions on Mountain Ash Road were exacerbated in this neighborhood when Taryn Thoman dropped her efforts at litigation in civil court and campaigned for a seat on the proposed charter commission. Members of Citizens for Open Government were attempting to establish a charter commission, and secure elected seats on this commission should this initiative pass. Shortly we were introduced, Ms. Thoman complained about Internet attacks that involved her, her husband, Dennis Wilcox, and their son Aidan Wilcox. Ms. Thoman initially suggested that her reasons for wanting Joakim removed were personal and not political. She emphatically stated that President Joakim and Christine Howell deliberately attacked her family for political reasons. I asked Ms. Thoman to provide me with such notation and documentation and produce such comments. I told her that if she could demonstrate that she and her child were libeled and attacked over the Internet I would assist her in any way possible. She produced such notation, forwarded website links and provided me with a list of comments that were produced in regard to Internet political blog wars. I saved the notation, and told her I would assist.

After I became involved with Citizens for Open Government, Ms. Taryn Thoman asked me to accompany her to the memorial service for a mutual acquaintance and former candidate for Charter Commission, Peter Doiron of Barnstable. On April 5, 2008, a small group from Citizens from Open Government attended the service at the South Congregational Church and conversed at the reception. Conversation regarding municipal government and the charter commission ensued. Ms. Thoman began to describe the actions of her neighbors and complained about the problems she faced in her neighborhood at Mountain Ash Road. Many of those in attendance were politically active and aware of the scurrilous and malicious Internet blogging plaguing Barnstable at that time. Ms. Thoman began to discuss the actions of Christine and Ron Howell and spoke openly about the commotion and dissent on Mountain Ash Road. Ms. Thoman was complaining about the interference of municipal political figures in this dispute and their inability to resolve these issues. Thoman described alarming events and claimed to witness behavior that was extremely disturbing.
Thoman claimed to possess evidence of child abuse and footage of her neighbors driving to endanger. She described unusual events such as syringes and needles strewn in Christine Howell’s driveway and front yard. Ms. Thoman suggested that a complaint should be made to The Board of Registration in Nursing. Councilor Greg Milne, former Precinct Six Councilor Joe Pino, Oliver Cippolini and his wife, and former School Committee member Tom Dolby were present when Taryn Thoman complained that the reason for the harassing behavior was caused by her “insane neighbors being “inbred” child molesters”. Ms. Thoman mentioned publicly that she had made multiple DSS reports about a number of abused and neglected children in her neighborhood. She claimed that President Janet Swain Joakim deliberately instigated and provoked the Howell family in an effort to thwart the empanelling of the charter commission. Thoman stated these events ruined her chances at a political career, and essentially destroyed her life. Thoman believed that Joakim’s efforts to protect her own political aspirations resulted in ruining not only her chances for a political career and rightfully improve the quality of municipal politics, but also caused significant harm to her son, Aidan Wilcox.
Ms. Thoman often mentions that Janet Joakim was “Destroying” Barnstable, One Child, One Family, One Village at a Time. Please refer to the image produced by Thoman enclosed.
It was agreed by all attending the service and reception at the Congregational Church that I would formulate a complaint against the nursing license of Christine Howell. Several political candidates in attendance and seated at the table expressed concern over the controversial nature of such during an election year. Councilor Greg Milne, Joe Pino and Oliver Cippolini stated that they would support the effort if the problems could be substantiated. Joe Mr. Pino suggested that Thoman assist me with development of a website to join the team of political Internet bloggers. Immediately after the reception in the church hall on April 5, 2008, Ms. Thoman accompanied me to the adjacent Centerville Public Library to establish my website, www.barnstablesafetynetwork on “Blogger” and established an email account for me, emgc02601@hotmail.com. I have provided documentation of website notations in the past for your review. Ms. Thoman sat an adjacent terminal and began to post comments on her established websites including web pages targeting the Howell family. She stated that she was forced to respond in this manner to protect herself from Internet harassment instigated by Joakim. Please refer to the list of websites Thoman established for your review.
Ms. Thoman spoke with me daily about difficulty with the Howell family and problems with the neighbors throughout the seven month recall effort. Thoman continually held Joakim responsible for instigating problems with the Howells. She stated that Joakim was using the Howells to lobby a scurrilous campaign against her out of revenge for her helping establish the charter commission and campaigning for a seat on the established charter commission. Thoman stated that Joakim was intimidated by her and threatened by her prestige in the community. Taryn Thoman complained constantly that Joakim robbed her of a seat on the charter commission and if it weren’t for Howell’s campaign against her she would have been elected to serve. Ms. Thoman claimed to be a reputable business woman, the proprietor of a novelty shop on Main Street for 21 years. According to The Barnstable Patriot, Thoman came in “just out of the winner’s circle” finishing eleventh in the contest. Thoman maintained that the increase in the Howell’s antagonistic behavior and instigation of such events were politically motivated. Thoman admitted participation in the escalating events at Mountain Ash Road, related at times to her temper problems and occasional alcohol intoxication.
Ms. Thoman asked me to speak with her sister, Therese Marinelli via a conference call in late April of 2008. Please refer to the email communication enclosed between Ms. Thoman and Ms. Marinelli. I indeed spoke to Ms. Therese Marinelli of Ohio State University in a conference call with Thoman on or about April 14, 2008 and she provided me with substantial concern in regard to Howell’s actions. She claimed physicians at Ohio State considered Ms. Howell’s nursing practice questionable. This specifically included the improper disposal of needles and syringes, reckless driving, driving to endanger with children in the vehicle, and sexual abuse of the children. Marinelli also claimed footage of child abuse was in possession of the BPD and that there was substantial cause for the concern for neglect of the Howell children. Ms. Marinelli also stated she was aware of, and had witnessed assaultive behavior and sexual abuse by eight year old Tyler Varnum of the neighborhood. Ms. Marinelli stated that she worked with a number of physicians and specialists at Ohio State that they were aware of this abuse. She claimed that physicians working with her agreed that social services should be contacted on their behalf. Ms. Marinelli also stated that the doctors in Endocrinology with whom she worked were well aware of the outrageous nursing practice of Ms. Christine Howell. Marinelli claimed that physicians at Ohio State thought Registered Nursing practice in this state should be evaluated by a number of oversight boards and governmental committees. Ms. Marinelli also suggested that we complain to Senator Edward Kennedy’s Office about the quality and standard for nursing practice and that there would also be cause to “notify the Feds”.
Ms. Therese Marinelli claimed to be a witness that Mountain Ash Road was indeed replete with child molesters and sex abusers.
4) Enclosed is the extensive documentation provided to sustain and corroborate the complaints against Howell’s license. Several of these documents include affidavits created by Ms. Marinelli.
5) Please consider the photograph of the Howell couple enjoying a backyard barbeque. Ms. Thoman considered this evidence that both Christine and Ron are “in-bred”.
6) Ms. Thoman claimed to have substantial footage of Christine Howell driving recklessly, operating to endanger, presenting crazy behavior demonstrating “no impulse control” (Thoman’s words verbatim).
Ms. Thoman promised me additional footage corroborating reckless behavior. She stated it was in the possession of the Barnstable Police Department and would request a copy from Paul MacDonald. The footage was never provided.
I spoke with Sean Erickson of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing in early April in regard to formulation of the complaint against Howell. I explained that Ms. Thoman was never a patient in the care of Howell and that political aspirations of both Thoman and Joakim were a consideration and that Ms. Thoman did state that Ms. Christine Howell and her neighbors had a completely different perspective and version of the events that transpired over this three year span.
In July of 2008, Thoman offered to assist me with my website, www.barnstablesafetynetwork.com . She accompanied me to the Wilken's Memorial Library late in the afternoon in July. Thoman had little patience with me as a student and spent most of her time and energy on an adjacent terminal blogging. Thoman blogged onto a number of political websites posting antagonistic comments toward President Janet Joakim and Christine Howell.
8) I observed Taryn Thoman posting with my name, suggesting that three of the harassing websites were generated by me. Please refer to the comments I made in regard to having only one website. Ms. Thoman posted that I was the author of websites generated by her. Please note the long list of Internet blog rolls set up by Thoman to harass the Howell family.
Ms. Taryn Thoman later admitted in late June that the effort to make a complaint against Howell’s license was to appease her sister, Therese Marinelli of Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Thoman stated that Marinelli had a “good job” and that Christine Howell had made trouble for her sister by complaining about Marinelli’s harassing comments and scurrilous blogging from Ohio State Computer Systems. Once again, note the email address on the correspondence provided to Thoman from Marinelli. Thoman stated she wanted retribution, as Terese had an important job at Ohio State in the Endocrinology Department and worked for a many important and prominent physicians. She stated that Terese was embarrassed and humiliated after being disciplined by the Human Resource Department at Ohio State.
9) Please note the return notice from the Board of Registration in Nursing. Ms. Thoman was angry that Howell’s license was neither censured nor removed. Thoman faulted me for being unable to write a sufficient complaint against Howell. 10) Thoman once admitted that her sister Terese Marinelli often allows her to “ransack” the supply closet at the Endocrinology Thoman Department at Ohio State for “really good stuff”.
11) Ms. Thoman mentioned on many occasions that Christine Howell’s motivation for aberrant behavior was jealousy toward Thoman. Ms. Thoman stated that Christine was obsessed with Dennis Wilcox, and that he was attractive, muscular, and that he rebuffed the advance Christine Howell made toward him. Thoman claimed that Christine Howell constantly exposed herself to her husband, Dennis Wilcox.
Thoman claimed that the Howell children were often found sitting naked in the road, or simply diapered, sitting behind the wheel of her vehicle, a Honda SUV, and that Thoman had nearly backed over one of Howell’s small children. She also claimed that Howell’s children were often fed by Thoman’s babysitters and that many saw the children neglected, unkempt and unclean. I witnessed Christine Howell with her child in early September. Her little boy was clean, well dressed and appeared afraid of Thoman as Howell spoke with Charles Lewis, the Animal Control officer.
12) Taryn Thoman and I had a major disagreement at an informal meeting at the Burger King on North Street after Dennis Wilcox was charged with assault and battery. I disagreed with Thoman’s decision to place the footage of the altercation she obtained from her installed video cameras on a local blog site set to music. I suggested that she supply it to the police department and to public officials. When she insisted on placing the video footage to music on www.capecog.com for entertainment purposes, I suggested that this would likely result in her being charged for Criminal Harassment. I advised her that I could no longer help her with the recall and returned a good number of materials to her at that time. These materials included the summons Dennis Wilcox was served after the altercation with his neighbors, medical reports, and the photograph she took of her husband after the altercation. Thoman replied that I had to respect her decision to “do what was best for her family”.
On the evening of July 17, 2008, Ms. Taryn Thoman spoke before the Barnstable Town Council in regard to the recall effort. Thoman lied to the council claiming to have all of the necessary signatures to meet the requirements of the recall affidavit. I had only obtained approximately 37 and we needed 50. Thoman came to my house after the meeting and her conversation with the Barnstable Patriot, and suggested she needed a drink. She stated she had no money so I offered to take her to one of the local Hyannis restaurants for dinner. She preferred to pick up alcohol (six beers of Heineken, a small bottle of hard liquor and a pack of cigarettes and drank in the parking lot of Fortes Beach.) I had a small glass of wine. Jeannette Chilli telephoned and suggested she bring Aidan home as Thoman was intoxicated. I spoke with Mrs. Chilli and told her I had only one and one-half glasses of wine at 6:30PM and that it was ten o’clock and I would drive Taryn home safely. Taryn asked me at that point if I did drugs, had any prescription narcotics or did I know where to get them. I explained to Ms. Thoman that I have never used narcotics that the local narcotics dealers won’t sell me anything because I have had dealings with the DEA. I also suggested that she call it a night, because we still had signatures to collect, and COG was counting on us to have the affidavit ready for presentation by Friday at 4PM. I drove Taryn home and then drove her car to my house for the night. I returned to Mountain Ash Road by 8:30 PM so Aidan Wilcox could be transported to camp. Ms. Thoman was still ill from intoxication from the previous evening. Lastly, during the final effort to secure enough signatures for the recall affidavit, Thoman threatened my family with litigation if I did not assist her with the collection of the signatures. She suggested that she would accuse me of molesting Aidan and that she could sue my family for their assets. She suggested that I would be locked away in a hospital without there being any legal recourse or due process for me and that she would litigate for assets. Thoman stated that this would be easy to do, and that she waited until we were in the car to tell me what her plans were so that we would not be recorded. She stated she would instruct Aidan to lie and that this would be something they had to do to provide for his future. When I suggested I would have a lawyer and a hearing, she asked me why I would be so selfish. Shouldn’t I simply want what is best for Aidan? She threatened to throw a Molotov cocktail threw my living room window. She knew I had many of documents and items in regard to Aidan Wilcox, the Howell family and the recall in my possession.
13)When I asked her if she fabricated the story about Aidan being molested she smiled and replied “I’ll guess we’ll never know”.
14 On Friday, August date, I severed all contact with Thoman and ceased any association with the effort to recall President Janet Swain Joakim
The Barnstable Police Department is eliminating 13 positions including 9 occupied, and 4 vacant positions. These reductions will adversely impact the level of services that the Department can provide to the community. Other than the School Department, the Police Department is the only town department laying off employess.
The Town of Barnstable is ranked 19th out of 351 cities and towns in the State of Massachusetts in violent crimes and property crimes by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Uniform Crime Report(UCR).

Although Atsalis has done some solid work on community policing, he never would have succeeded without the working relationship developed by the Polical Powers that Be.
Please support Taryn Thoman and Dennis Wilcox in their efforts to increase police patrols and further the cause of children's education for the smallest residents of Barnstable.
As an authority figure, Paul MacDonald has done some outstanding work, and is immune from the corruption that plagues the Town of Barnstable. Forging a working relationship with both Representative Demetrius Atsalis and Former President Janet Joakim, and Taryn Thoman and Dennis Wilcox, MacDonald is a man of character and served as an outstanding choice for Head of Barnstable's Finest. His coordination of efforts to protect luminaries and dignitaries that often visit Barnstable County is unmatched.
Consider Paul MacDonald, if Barnstable ever resorts to a mayoral system. Until then, heed the fine work of Citizen's for Open Government as they expose corruption.
In addition, Chief Paul MacDonald has issued a concern for Barnstable's residents that is of course, a lesser priority, but still pertinent to the ongoing problem of pollution in the lake, out in front of his home:

How are things going for you? I understand your grandfather left the Senate after a long tenure as Senate Majority Leader. I remember when he wrote your recommendation for law school at University of Maine at Orono. You had just graduated from Holy Cross and what a great connection it must have been to have been related to such an influential figure. You must have had an incredible time working in D.C. for him. I understand he is now the CEO of Disney.
Things have not been going particularly well for me since your family sued my mother for the estate in Berkeley, Massachusetts. My psychiatrist refuses to believe that a lawyer of your stature exhumed my Uncle James relocated him to your gravesite. My poor mom, she had to wait until everyone from that bloodline died to move him back. I felt pretty bad, especially when my mother was being sued by her own mother. Then again, money is money and you have to do what you have to do. I understand that you are the executrix on my grandmother’s will and that she left everything to you and your family.
Some people find it hard to believe that my own grandmother deserted my mother in her infancy and returned to the family only to sue her for the estate of her only brother. I had to retrieve the civil suit you brought, the death certificates and exhumation records to show my psychiatrist. I lived in a crack house here in Hyannis and most of the trauma I went through was also not believed by clinicians and physicians treating me. I guess most psychiatrists are not used to the dirty bullshit associated with lawyers and politicians. My attending psychiatrist forced injected me with sedative medication when I explained to him what had happened in our family. He absolutely thought I was delusional when I explained that your side of the family was conceived years ago in the town brothel. As far as I’m concerned, I have no trouble believing it!
I am researching records on our interesting family tree. Because I documented some unbelievable stuff here in Hyannis in regard to rapists and murderers of which I made acquaintance, several journalists are interested in speaking with me. Not only am I excited to tell my story, I am using the fact that I am related to you as a reference. Only a real fiction novelist will believe my accounts of what really happened. I am forwarding you a number of materials that I have collected here in Barnstable. Sorry to hear about your parents divorce!

Senator, I don't know if you remember me from Georgetown University, but I'm the Griffin Granddaughter on the Healy Steps that refused to shake your hand when you decided to run for President in 1979. I was disgusted at your behavior. As you know, some of your family members attended Georgetown University. Close friends of mine had family members that benefited from your cover-up at Chappaquidick. I don't know if you remember this, but Mary Jo Kopechne drowned after your boozing party. You may remember a conspiracy that was even worse that was planned in 1990. I don't know if you are aware of this, but my grandfather wasn't to happy about being blackmailed. You may be aware of my cousin, Lauren Griffin, Esq., who attended College of the Holy Cross and University of Maine's School of Law. Larry Griffin, her father, was blackmailing Eddie Griffin. My inheritance was spent deveeloping the weapons of mass destruction. I'm sure it was difficult for Senator George Mitchell of the State of Maine to be forced to step down over this incident. Dear Senator Kennedy
Homeless people in Hyannis and greater Barnstable County applaud the relief effort and two million dollars in funding negotiated via Phil Mangano and extend their sincerest gratitude. We are particularly thankful considering the current financial and socio-economic instability we all face in uncertain times. Unfortunately, the generosity of the people of Barnstable was exploited by a number of human service agencies operating at a negligent standard. As you are aware, I have forwarded extensive materials to public officials including Senator Robert O’Leary, Representative Demetrius Atsalis, District Attorney Michael O’Keefe and President Janet Swain Joakim in regard to the compromise of safety of children in Hyannis and Greater Barnstable. I have spoken many times before The Barnstable Town Council in regard to improvement of the standard for safety for all, especially children. Please note the compromise to safety of children living in the Marstons Mills Village of Barnstable. I have enclosed the court documentation and correspondence forwarded to the town attorney’s office in regard to the actions of sitting town council President Janet Swain Joakim.
President Joakim provoked and antagonized a tenuous situation involving families and children in a neighborhood of an adjacent precinct. Janet Joakim engaged in malicious and malevolent “blogging wars” by posting libelous materials on her personal website. Much of the postings and comments inflicted substantial emotional distress on many residents of Barnstable. Victims of President Janet Swain Joakim’s reckless behavior remain greatly concerned of the impact of this behavior on children. Not only did President Joakim endanger the health, welfare, and safety of innocent children by maligning adversaries via the Internet, President Joakim advertises her website from the town council bench. Joakim directed me to be forcibly removed from the town council podium for ardent criticism of outrageous behavior and impropriety. Please consider the enclosed computer disc with vitriolic and malicious notation posted and a video produced from town meetings.
Demetrius Atsalis and Janet Joakim leaned on local law enforcement to charge the individuals that she intentionally provoked. The charge was deliberately timed to coincide with a special recall election as provided by the town charter to remove Janet Joakim from office. Please note the photographs provided of Chief Paul MacDonald assisting Janet Joakim as she campaigned to keep her council seat.
Lastly, I have included a number of photographs of conditions in downtown Hyannis in campsites. Some of these photographs have been taken in front of the Kennedy Museum and behind the National Armory where your brother John first announced his intent to run for President. President Janet Swain Joakim is not only a municipal leader; she is also your sitting town council president. President Joakim ignored the conditions of this substandard and negligent agency. Complaints regarding the compromise in safety to all members of the community were brought before the town council on a number of occasions. The policies of President Joakim continue to jeopardize the health, welfare and safety of children in the Town of Barnstable. I am asking for your assistance to insure the immediate removal and dismissal of President Janet Swain Joakim from elected office. Her actions are not consistent with the spirit of the Democratic Party and the principles that you have fought for and in which we all believe.

I have been following a number of items that establish both municipal, county wide couurption and beyond. Please take an opportunity to review some of the websites posted on the Internet including www.barnstable411.com , www.welcometobarnstable.com www.capecodliving.blogspot.com, and www.capecog.com. I am also a reader of www.capecodtoday.com and follow a number of blogrolls and websites that disperse information.
At this point, I am really unsure as to why members of this "All-America" Community actually really seem to believe that I have no rights whatsoever. As you know, I have forwarded materials in the past that indicate that the recollections of memories and version of events occurred much more closely to what I remember, than what any psychiatrist, social worker, mental health clinician, psychologist, psychiatrist, attorney, or law enforcement officer cares to admit. The psychiatric records in my possession indicate that I witnessed a number of damaging and harmful actions on the part of human services and other professionals. I appreciate your apology for the actions of the Barnstable Police Department, but things do not appear to be improving for residents of Hyannis and greater Barnstable County.
I am also aware of a number of psychiatric records that indicate that I was describing events that came to fruition. This includes concerns about airplanes being flown into buildings, terrorist attacks, and the development of weapons of bioterror. You may still have in your possession a record of me indicating that I had been a patient at New England Medical Center. I sought refuge there when there was a narcotics shipment headed for the Boston area at Christmas 2002. I did have some conversation subsequently with agents from the DEA in regard to this event.
I am unsure as to how some of the events were described to health care professionals and recorded in documentation unless I actually witnessed these events planned in 1990. There were a number of political figures that were aware of these events, and they are spoken of often in the documentation. In addition, there is reference in the notation to the abduction of President George Herbert Walker Bush's granddaughters. These items include a blackmail scheme to develop these weapons of mass destruction. Friends of mine suggested that Larry Hardoon of 39 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston was selling weapons to terrorists in Iraq. They also suggested that he was building a bomb shelter beneath his home. If I described these events over the course of twenty years, isn't it possible that these actions were carried out according to plan?
Some of the materials were forwarded to David Daly, Esq., an family attorney who spent 17 years in Saudi Arabia. He was of counsel to the Bin Laden family. David Daly reviewed a lot of the materials that established that Housing Assistance Corporation was operating at a negligent standard. You offered at one time to help me with anything I needed to go on and have happy a life. By any chance, can you figure out what happened to me?
No one ever listened and heard my concerns. The events of September 11, 2001 came to fruition. Are you listening now?
John Griffin at the Barnstable Airport Commission suggested asked if I "masterbated with a crucifix" in a fit of rage over dissent regarding the Mildred's Chowder House. How are things going for you? I understand your grandfather left the Senate after a long tenure as Senate Majority Leader. I remember when he wrote your recommendation for law school at University of Maine at Orono. You had just graduated from Holy Cross and what a great connection it must have been to have been related to such an influential figure. You must have had an incredible time working in D.C. for him. I understand he is now the CEO of Disney.
Things have not been going particularly well for me since your family sued my mother for the estate in Berkeley, Massachusetts. My psychiatrist refuses to believe that a lawyer of your stature exhumed my Uncle James relocated him to your gravesite. My poor mom, she had to wait until everyone from that bloodline died to move him back. I felt pretty bad, especially when my mother was being sued by her own mother. Then again, money is money and you have to do what you have to do. I understand that you are the executrix on my grandmother’s will and that she left everything to you and your family.
Some people find it hard to believe that my own grandmother deserted my mother in her infancy and returned to the family only to sue her for the estate of her only brother. I had to retrieve the civil suit you brought, the death certificates and exhumation records to show my psychiatrist. I lived in a crack house here in Hyannis and most of the trauma I went through was also not believed by clinicians and physicians treating me. I guess most psychiatrists are not used to the dirty bullshit associated with lawyers and politicians. My attending psychiatrist forced injected me with sedative medication when I explained to him what had happened in our family. He absolutely thought I was delusional when I explained that your side of the family was conceived years ago in the town brothel. As far as I’m concerned, I have no trouble believing it!
I am researching records on our interesting family tree. Because I documented some unbelievable stuff here in Hyannis in regard to rapists and murderers of which I made acquaintance, several journalists are interested in speaking with me. Not only am I excited to tell my story, I am using the fact that I am related to you as a reference. Only a real fiction novelist will believe my accounts of what really happened.
