Man Overboard, Man Overboard! Consider the following report of Jeff Blanchard confirming that District Attorney Michael O'Keefe was married to Judge Joan Lynch of the Barnstable District Court. You can continue to scroll down on this site and ask yourself once again why DNA was compelled by Judge Joan Lynch three months after the arrest of Christopher McCowan. The record of this event was stuffed away in the Barnstable District Court Records. The charge of rape and murder was made after the coerced confession during McCowan's lengthy attorneyless interrogation. It appears that the state did not have McCowan's DNA at all and that O'Keefe relied on Pillow Talk to secure the DNA. O"Keefe later issued an arrest warrant for the informant that nearly removed the shelter of which McCowan was known. The informant was considered to have no credibility and was threatened with jail time for complaining about the ineptitude of local law enforcement. Well my hat is off to you towel boy!
