Once Again, Review Thoman's Record from the Clerk Magistrates hearing that resulted in the determination that there was enough evidence to bring forth this case:

I called this matter a little after 4pm, no Atty had appeared. I informed Ms. THOMAN that the hearing would proceed with or without counsel-she indicated that Mr. Segadelli had some matters in other courts as well. The hearing began as the courtroom was cleared. All witnesses were sequestered. Sgt. Caido gave a brief overview of the case. A.D.A.E. Connor was also present. A full, complete and extensive hearing was held. Sometime during the hearing the A.D.A. received a call from Mr. Segadelli saying that he would not be coming. He said he had been in his office all afternoon and that although he had spoken to the defendant earlier in the day, he had not been retained.
Christine Howell was the first to testify and gave extensive testimony of various events from August 2008. She gave testimony of various events from August 2005 up till August 2008. She gave testimony about her experiences as well as her husband’s.

Officer Mark Delaney was next to testify. He talked about how he first got involved with the parties (neighbors) back in 2006. He also gave testimony about events he was involved in with the parties.
Based on his testimony and that of Ms. Howell I did not hear from Mr. Howell, believing that his testimony would be duplicitous at this point.
I then allowed Ms. THOMAN to present witnesses. Her first witness was her husband D. Wilcox. He was followed by his old boss, R. HAYES. Mr. Hayes had no direct knowledge of any of the issues before the court. Mr. LOPEZ was her final witness. He also didn’t have much to add other than he believed Ms. THOMAN was responsible for putting a video of Ms. Howell on U-Tube.
Ms.THOMAN was then given the opportunity to speak. At some point during the hearing, I did ask Ms. THOMAN if she was O.K. She said she was, although she would waive a large baggie full of apparent prescriptions in the air every once in a while. In a prior motion she had put forth

that she had immediate medical issues. I asked her several times about them and any doctor’s letters she might have, but she failed to produce anything.
I also asked her if she was on any medication today which would cloud her thinking. She said “no!” I asked her if she was under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs today and she said “No!”
I believe that Ms. THOMAN was a competent witness and I allowed her to continue her testimony.
At the conclusion of all the testimony, about 21/2 hours after it began I was given some additional papers from both Ms. THOMAN and Ms. Howell.
I took all the paperwork and my copius notes along with the file. This matter is “Under Advisement.”
Thoman was warned that antagonizing and instigating trouble in her neighborhood would result in her being charged with Criminal Harassment at the crescendo of the Recall Effort of President Janet Swain Joakim. Thoman ignored the concerns of fellow political activists stating she had to do what was best for her family. Dennis Wilcox is off camera in this video screaming pejoratives and expletives at a family walking their dog. Wilcox and Thoman's accusations include sexual assault of a number of children and parents. She has even made an allegation against an innocent eight year old child. Thoman sits on the Saint Peter's Nursery School Board, and considers herself a reputable business woman despite unpaid sales taxes from her store, insurance fraud and the charge of criminal harassment.
Can you blame this young mother of four for galvanizing a "No Thoman" Force and campaigning against the town lunatic? With this crazy and dangerous women attempting to force her way onto committees including The Saint Peter's Nursery School Board, Barnstable School Committee, and Charter Commission, no wonder there was a full court press to keep her from acquiring political leverage to control the town. Thoman has no self-control.
Taryn Thoman admitted that her involvement with "No Place for Hate" was to advance her chances and opportunity for a political career. On July 23, she admitted that she sent her husband to paint grafitti off the door of the Calvary Baptist Church to improve her stature on this committee, and to get publicity for a "promising political career. The following video demonstrates Thoman using the tragedy at the Calvary Baptist Church for Political Gain. Thoman's final words to me when I distanced myself from the Recall Effort include the admission that Aidan was never molested.

Our protocol included contacting victims and offering assistance in cleaning up graffiti AFTER the police had finished their investigation and was accepted in April. A few weeks later, hateful graffiti was found in three locations on West Main Street in Hyannis. One was at Calvary Baptist Church on West Main Street. The perpetrator had spray painted an upside down cross and "666" on the front door of the church. I sent e-mails to the full committee as well as various town officials.
For reasons I could not understand, Janice Barton went into hiding and did not respond to any of my missives or the one telephone call I made to her until eight days after the crime, when she accepted my resignation from the fake committee via e-mail. The response protocol sub-committee was dissolved and the protocol disappeared, as did several members of the committee who recognized that it was in name only.
Janet Joakim came after me in e-mails and on her blog for my persistence in wanting to help the people of the church and do the job I had worked so hard to prepare for. She actually apologized to recipients of my e-mails if they "upset" them for learning about a hate crime. As it turns out, the police do not see hate crime differently than any other crime, and did not want us "do-gooders" meddling in their business.
At the meeting following my resignation, a few people asked Barton to address the matter, and she responded that "the less said, the better". In Barton’s case, that is ALWAYS true!
Ironically, I had joined this committee to take a pro-active stance against brutally ignorant people, only to butt heads with more of same!
In the fall of 2005 I told a bloated, arrogant police officer that children had been neglected throughout the summer at the home of a neighbor, and that an eight year old child had sexually assaulted and molested 3, 4 & 5 year old children in their back yards. The cop told me that I had to be lying because "things like that don't happen in nice neighborhoods like yours." He went on to say "Look at the nice yards and the new cars you all drive - it just doesn't happen". Naturally I called the station and spoke to his sergeant at the time, not knowing that the future chief of police was also present when the cop was making his idiotic accusations. I am not going to name the cop, at least not now, because this happened four years ago, and I have seen the guy since. He suffered some serious health problems, and it seems he's become a fairly decent human being.
At the time I still had the shop on Main Street and several folks from MSPCC and DSS were regular customers. Without going into great detail, I asked some of these people why an 8 year old would sexually assault and molest preschoolers, and why their parents would not be alarmed over the incidents. One friend brought me a little 12 page pamphlet which I just discovered was published by Children's Cove in Barnstable. I was blown away when I read pages three and four.
Thoman stalks the woman she is now accusing of her insane antics to the local library. Thoman is a nut!
