So Just What Happened at Cape Cod Hospital, Anyway?

Cape Cod Psychiatric Center was a logical hideaway for me during my tenure in Barnstable from 2001-2008. Violence in the local crack houses made it impossible for me to remain. Government checks supported my neighbor's drug habits around the first of the month. Notation in my records includes the fact that my complaints about living in a crack house were thought to be delusional.

At a later point, I photographed sex offenders and narcotics offenders freebasing in my backyard. I was also told that I imagined Jane E. Sweeney, RN threatening me when I was in the Emergency Room at Cape Cod Hospital. A close friend told me that she indeed overheard Jane Sweeney claiming she had spent five hours in the Emergency Room waiting to tell off a "little home wrecker". Jane Sweeney threatened me after assuming that I was involved with her husband, Sergeant Sean Sweeney of the Barnstable Police Department. Lillian White had a medical record that proved Jane Sweeney was her nurse that evening. She had started a respiratory treatment on Lillian. The treatment ran dry, and a nurse's aide had to remove the dry cannister from Lillian.

I spent four years complaining about Mrs. Sweeney. I was told this was a delusion. My current doctor believes my account of what occurred. Read the account below.

On the evening of December 19, 2004, I was assaulted, attacked, and threatened by Mrs. Jane Condinho Sweeney, RN in the Emergency Room at Cape Cod Hospital. Jane came down to the Emergency Room from her post on the Telemetry Unit and accosted me from the nurse’s station. The attending nurse in charge of my care made her move. Katie Teravainen, RN stated that I was "getting all worked up".

As I was being transported from the Emergency Room to the Whitcomb Pavilion, Jane Condinho Sweeney RN was waiting at the ambulance entrance doors and accosted me while being transported on a stretcher in front of two ambulance drivers. She stated "ciao". As I was being transported, Sweeney told the ambulance drivers, "Wait a minute; I want to talk to her." Sweeney referred to me as a "little home wrecker" and told the ambulance drivers "look at her, she doesn’t look very powerful now. These items are consistent with the recollection of a patient/witness of Jane Sweeney. A patient of Jane Sweeney stated that Mrs. Sweeney started a respiratory treatment on her in the late evening, and did not return to remove the empty canister of Albuterol. The patient then overheard Mrs. Sweeney telling one of her fellow nurses and colleagues that she went down to the Emergency Room to tell off the "little home wrecker". The patient of Mrs. Sweeney has medical records in her possession confirming that Sweeney was employed and giving care to patients on the evening in question. The patient is Lillian White of Winter Street in Hyannis. You may be aware that Sean Sweeney of the Barnstable Police Department has emphatically denied that these accounts of the events of December 19, 2004 are accurate. Jane Sweeney, her colleagues in the Emergency Room, Chief Paul MacDonald and Sean Sweeney emphatically denied the incident.

She antagonized me and I said something back to her. She told the drivers "I’d like to rip her face off!" She made fun of my chipped tooth and mocked my appearance. Katie Teravainen, RN heard the commotion and rushed down to the ambulance entrance. She stated, Jane, move away from her, we’re going to get in trouble. Jane Sweeney’s final words verbatim were "You think you are so smart! Everyone thinks you are so smart! But you’re not as smart as I am. He’s my husband now, and I’d kill him before I’d ever let you have him. Jane Condinho Sweeney then turned to the ambulance drivers and my attending nurse Katie Teravainen and stated "She’s toast!"
In addition to the two ambulance drivers and a witness that was her patient on the evening of December 19, 2004, a distant relation of the Sweeney family, Samantha Snyder Jones has been in therapy with me. She states that Jane Sweeney is often in the Emergency Room and flaunts the diamond engagement ring much in the style she did that evening. She holds up her left and shakes the finger with the diamond. The patient that received absentee care from Jane Sweeney that evening stated the same thing and has noticed Jane Sweeney shaking a very large diamond and pointing to the large size of the diamonds.

Sweeney also knew of an incident where my sister Stephanie and I were nearly run off the road in early 2004. We reported the incident to the Barnstable Police. Sweeney was mocking my driving and appeared to know something about the incident. She also uttered something unintelligible about the arson-homicide of Mikail Majstrorovich in 2003. I reported the incident to nurses on the psychiatric unit. Until the emergence of this new witness, all of my accounts and recollections of Sweeney’s attack was written of as "delusional".

Lastly, a distant relative and friend of the Sweeney family, Samantha Snyder Jones suggests that Mrs. Sweeney is telling friends, relatives and acquaintances that "she and her husband are related to a prominent, affluent, and influential attorney. My grandfather and mentor, Edward George Griffin, Esq. was the General Counsel to the Small Business Administration and former Envoy to the Vatican. My grandfather attended Holy Cross College and Harvard Law School. He paid for my private schooling, Georgetown University, music lessons, and supported me through life in every way. I have been offered a chance to attend law school by several different parties since I researched the negligence of Housing Assistance Corporation and forwarded crucial information to attorneys with interests in public safety in Barnstable.
