Cape Cod: Not Always an Idyllic Place!
Judge Gary Nickerson has an allegation of judicial misconduct described in the brief for the Appeal of Christopher McCowen. McCowen was convicted in the rape and murder of Miss Christa Worthington of Truro in 2008. Attorney Robert George has cited a number of errors in the trial of McCowen. They include the matter of the chain of evidence in the procurement of McCowen's DNA. Judge Joan Lynch compelled the taking of McCowen's DNA three months subsequent to the arrest of McCowen. Judge Joan Lynch, formerly married to Barnstable District Attorney Michael O'Keefe signed the order to compel McCowen to give his DNA based on an unrelated felony conviction. Attorney Robert George's name is signed to the documents, but George states he has no knowlede of the taking of a "second sample". I found the documents in August of 2006 when researching material after I was charged with Criminal Harassment.
The police attempted to charge me with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Harassment. It has been established that the wife of a Barnstable Police fficer threatened me in 2004. There are medical records and documents confirming the allegation. The District Attorney has indicated that they prefer to resolve the case without further criminal litigation. I have been told that I am a material witness in the Appeal of the Commonwealth v. McCowen.
To date, Tiny Taryn Thoman continues to harass and annoy her neighbors and their children in the small village of Marstons Mills.

Forget Me Nots!
Thanks for all of your emails and comments, especially the brownbrigade. I've written to the Board of the Bar of Overseers, The Attorney General, Scott Brown, who wrote back!, and the US Attorney, Michael Loucks, and Carmen Ortiz wrote back! There is an allegation of judicial impropriety in the Barnstable District and Superior Courts.
Plus, I have the world's best doctor, Syed Moosvi, MD. He's worth the time and effort and has been a lot of help with everthing that has happened to me!
